ZB series hollow core slab machine

The ZB series hollow core slab machine is designed reasonable in structure, easy for operation and maintenance, durable with high speed productivity, by which forming slabs are smooth in surface, compact in high intensity. Random cutting for any length (according to standard), flexible combination of the slab can satisfy various kinds of floor construction. This prestressed hollow core slab can simplify the construction framework. It also can reduce the bearing load of walls and beams to increase the usage area and decrease the construction cost.

The ZB series hollow core slab machine works on the long-line table,using the high-strength low-relaxation steel strand as the guide,using the pushing work method to form the concrete hollow core slab,the slab have the advantage of smooth surface,high-density structure.capable of making construction slabs of 4.2m to 18m,the GLY series concrete hollow core slab mainly used on the larger bay workshop,school,hospital,shopping mall,office building,bulk storage plant etc.

3.Working principle

The ZB series hollow core slab machine is used to feed concrete into a die by means of a slide block is reciprocation along the steel tendon and compact concrete into a designed form by extrusion on a bed box in open air or a workshop ,under the operation of external vibration,surface press polish,the formed concrete is completed

XingYu machine is located in ZiBo city, ShanDong province China.
You can take plain to Jinan airport, we will pick you up in Jinan.
3.What is your payment term?

You can transfer the payment via T/T. We will provide you the bank detail. Generally, 30% prepaid and the rest 70% should be paid before shipping.
